Buyer due-diligence FAQ

Clear answers before you send a sourcing brief

Review registration status, MOQ, lot documents, payment routes, Incoterms and private-label coordination before starting an enquiry.

Is Ancient Indian Botanicals a registered company?

Yes. Ancient Indian Botanicals was incorporated in India in 2026 and is registered under GST and Udyam. Exact registration particulars are supplied through verified quotations, tax invoices and commercial documents.

Do you publish fixed prices online?

No. Botanical pricing changes with crop, origin, grade, analytical specification, quantity, packaging, destination and the selected supplier lot. We issue a written quotation only after reviewing the buyer brief.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is product- and pack-specific. Selected essential-oil trial routes may begin at 25 kg, while seeds, food ingredients, extracts and private-label formats are confirmed against the approved grade and supply route.

Which quality documents can a buyer request?

Depending on the product and offered lot, available documents may include a COA or specification, botanical identity, marker or GC/MS analysis, microbiological or contaminant testing, safety data, origin information and packing records.

Can I download a sample COA or specification sheet?

We share relevant documents privately after matching the requested product to an actual supplier lot. We do not present a demonstration COA as a current commercial record because specifications and results must remain lot-linked.

Which shipping terms and ports can be quoted?

FOB Nhava Sheva is a common starting route for suitable export enquiries. CFR, CIF or another Incoterm can be evaluated according to the product, destination, volume, documentation and transport requirements.

Which payment routes are considered?

T/T bank transfer is the normal starting route. A Letter of Credit may be considered for eligible larger or repeat orders. Currency, milestones and final payment terms are stated only in the approved quotation or contract.

Do you support private-label or buyer-branded packaging?

Selected bottle, pouch, label, carton and bulk-pack routes can be coordinated subject to product compatibility, artwork approval, MOQ, destination rules and supplier capability.

Do you claim FSSAI, APEDA, IEC, organic or ISO certification?

We do not make a site-wide certification claim without verified evidence. Product-, supplier- and destination-specific registrations or certificates are confirmed in writing for the proposed commercial route.
